AutoKeyWorder vs ListifyAI (2026): Photo to Etsy Listing, Two Ways

AutoKeyWorder and ListifyAI do the same first step: you give them a product photo, they hand back an Etsy title, 13 tags and a description. The difference is where the text ends up. ListifyAI is a dashboard that generates and scores listings, with a Chrome extension to push them into Etsy. AutoKeyWorder is an extension that lives inside the Etsy listing editor and types the fields for you. If you list a few products a week and want them scored, ListifyAI. If you list a lot and want the typing gone, AutoKeyWorder. Full disclosure, AutoKeyWorder is my tool, and I say below where ListifyAI beats it.

Disclosure: AutoKeyWorder is my own product (ad, own product). No affiliate link to ListifyAI, so nothing here is shaped by a commission. Prices were read off both pricing pages on 15 September 2026.

Pick ListifyAI if you want a score next to every listing, a niche finder, and a competitor rewriter in one place, and you list under 15 products a day.

Pick AutoKeyWorder if the part you hate is the typing, you already know what sells, or you also upload to stock and print-on-demand sites and want one tool across all of them.

What ListifyAI does well

ListifyAI’s pitch is a full listing from one photo in under 10 seconds, and it delivers that. Upload the photo, get a title, description and 13 tags. The part I would actually pay for is the 4D Listing Score: it grades the result on title SEO, tag coverage, description depth and buyer intent match, so a beginner gets told why a listing is weak instead of just getting text.

Around that it has a Niche Finder with monthly search estimates, a Spy tool that rewrites a competitor’s listing, a Shop Audit on the Pro plan, and keyword research with daily caps. Plans on 15 September 2026:

  • Free: $0, 3 listings a month, 3 Spy uses, 2 Niche Finder searches, 3 keyword searches a day.
  • Starter: $9 a month, 15 listings a day, 20 Spy uses, 10 Niche Finder, 50 keyword searches a day.
  • Pro: $29 a month, 30 listings a day, 50 bulk CSV rows a month, competitor tag analysis, 5 shop audits, 200 keyword searches a day.
  • Agency: $79 a month, everything unlimited.

There is a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, valid while you have generated 5 listings or fewer. The paid tiers also showed an intro discount for the first three months when I checked; treat the prices above as the standing ones.

Where ListifyAI falls down

The free tier is 3 listings a month. That is one afternoon of testing, not a trial. And the daily caps on paid plans are odd for a listing tool: 15 a day on Starter is plenty for most shops, but a print-on-demand seller pushing a batch of 40 designs hits the wall on day one and needs Pro at $29.

It is Etsy only. If you also sell on Redbubble or upload to Adobe Stock, you keep a second tool.

And the score is a score of the text, not of demand. A listing can grade well on tag coverage and still target phrases nobody types. The Niche Finder helps, but the estimates are estimates. For real search counts I still open Etsy’s own Marketplace Insights.

What AutoKeyWorder does well

AutoKeyWorder skips the dashboard. You open a listing in the Etsy editor, click the icon, and it fills the title, all 13 tags, the description, the category and the materials in the form in front of you. Before it writes, it checks what Etsy’s search box suggests for the product, so the tags are phrases Etsy already completes.

It costs 2 credits per listing (3 with enhanced research). You get 50 free credits on signup, so 25 listings before paying. After that, $3.99 buys 100 credits, $9.99 buys 1,000, and packs never expire. Or $6.99 a month for 900 credits, first month $2.99.

The same install fills upload forms on Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Redbubble, TeePublic, Zedge and Displate, at 1 credit per image and 3 per video. If a design goes to Redbubble and Etsy, it is one tool and one workflow.

Where AutoKeyWorder falls down

It gives no score: it writes the listing and stops. You do not get told the title is weak, you have to know.

No keyword research. It does not show search volume, trends or competitor sales. I pair it with eRank Basic or Marketplace Insights, and I say so on every page.

One listing at a time. No CSV, no bulk upload. If you want 200 listings drafted overnight from a spreadsheet, ListifyAI Pro’s bulk CSV is the better fit.

And it depends on Etsy’s editor not changing. Etsy reworks that page a few times a year, and each time the extension needs an update before it fills again. There is usually a day or two of downtime when that happens.

Pricing side by side (as of 15 September 2026)

PlanMonthly costEtsy listings includedCost per listing
ListifyAI Free$03 a month$0
ListifyAI Starter$9up to 15 a day$0.02 at 450 a month, $0.30 at 30 a month
ListifyAI Pro$29up to 30 a day$0.03 at 900 a month
AutoKeyWorder free$025 once$0
AutoKeyWorder $3.99 pack$3.99 once50$0.08
AutoKeyWorder $9.99 pack$9.99 once500$0.02
AutoKeyWorder Starter$6.99450 a month$0.016

Two things jump out. Under about 30 listings a month, AutoKeyWorder’s packs are cheaper because you are not paying for a month you do not fill. Over 450 a month, ListifyAI Starter’s daily cap and AutoKeyWorder’s Starter subscription cost about the same per listing, and ListifyAI is giving you the score and the research on top.

What I actually do

I run an Etsy shop for designs that already sold on Redbubble. The design goes up on Redbubble first with the extension filling the 15 tags. If it sells, I open a new Etsy listing, upload the mockups, click the icon, and the title, 13 tags, description, category and materials land in the form. I read the title, usually shorten it, and publish. That is about two minutes a listing, and most of it is the mockup upload.

For research I do not use either tool. I type the product into Etsy’s search box and read what it completes, then check the top three phrases in Marketplace Insights. Then I fill.

ListifyAI’s free tier is three listings, enough to watch the score grade a title. If I were new to Etsy and had no idea what a good title looks like, I would spend a month on ListifyAI Starter to learn, then move to whatever is cheapest for volume.

The verdict

ListifyAI for sellers who want to be taught, who list under 15 a day, and who are Etsy only. The 4D score and the niche finder are things AutoKeyWorder does not have.

AutoKeyWorder for sellers who already know their niche, list in volume, or sell on more than one platform. The form gets filled where you are, and the packs cost less until you are past a few hundred listings a month.

Neither replaces research. Whichever you pick, check your top phrases in Marketplace Insights before you publish. Our Etsy SEO tools comparison covers which research tool is worth paying for.
